Thank you for your interest in running a food booth at a Lakeside Business Owners event. Food vendors must be approved for an event. Please follow the steps below to start the approval process.
- Download the approval form using the Download button below. This is a PDF file.
- Print, complete, and take a picture of the form with your phone.
- Have your insurance documents at hand.
- Email the picture of the form, other required images, and your insurance info to: lakesidebusinessowners@gmail.com
- Purchase your food booth at the bottom of this screen.
- If we do not approve your request for a food booth, we will provide you with the reason and a full refund.
