Food Vendor Approval

Thank you for your interest in running a food booth at the 2026 4th of July or Boat Race event. Food vendors must be approved by LBO for this event. Please follow the steps below to start the approval process.

1. Download the form using the button below. This is a PDF file.
2. Print, complete, and take a picture of the form with your phone.
3. Send the picture of the form and other required images to: lakesidebusinessowners@gmail.com 
4. LBO will evaluate your information and let you know if you were approved or not.
5. If approved, an email will give you a special link to purchase your food booth.
6. Follow the instructions in the email to purchase your food booth.
